Assistant Quantity Surveyor: Cost Control & Tender Support

Barratt Developments plc is seeking a proactive Commercial Assistant to support the site-based commercial team. You will help maintain cost control, prepare budgets and assist with cost reporting across development projects.

The role offers a hybrid working model with opportunities to gain experience in tendering, procurement and subcontract administration. A CSCS card and solid MS Office/Excel skills are essential.
