You will play a vital role in supporting the smooth flow of stock through the supply chain and ensuring alignment with commercial priorities. The role coordinates operational activity across Buying & Merchandising (B&M), Logistics, and other key business functions to drive data accuracy, timely reporting, and process efficiency.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytically minded, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. They will contribute to continuous improvement of systems and procedures, supporting both short-term trading activity and long-term business strategy. Some of the essentials for you to know are: Location: Our London office in Westfield, Shepherds Bush Team Size: 4 (Approx.) Monitor inbound/outbound flows and highlight risks or exceptions to relevant teams. Provide B&M operational support on shipments, deliveries, delays, and allocation readiness. Assist with training for new starters on operational processes and tools. Identify operational and process improvements to drive optimum supply chain efficiencies both up and downstream Prepare accurate weekly operational reports (e.g., inbound position, late/overdue POs, RTV status, DC constraints) and share with the business. Build effective working relationships with B&M, Logistics, DC, Tech/Data, and Accounts/Finance. The type of person we are looking for: Relevant commercial experience gained in a fashion retail merchandising environment with an understanding of the luxury sector Embody company values; maintain professionalism and a solutions-oriented mindset.
