Assistant Merchandiser, Watches

We are delighted to partner with a fantastic jewellery and watches brand in search of an assistant merchandiser. They are a well known British high street jewellery brand, positioned as an accessible, mid market retailer offering a wide range of jewellery and watches. They are a reliable, mainstream jewellery brand, targeting everyday customers looking for gifts, engagement rings, or affordable personal pieces.

Responsibilities

Main responsibilities of this role will be reporting into the merchandiser and managing an allocator, reviewing and managing the product category by line performance, managing stock levels and order processing. The successful candidate will manage orders to and from the warehouse, propose and manage promotional activity, preparing reports and sales analysis for trade, strategy and sign-offs. You will also oversee OTB and ensuring you build strong and trusting relationships with suppliers.

Qualifications

The brand is looking for someone already at assistant merchandiser level, who is excellent with Excel and has WSSI experience. If you're a superstar allocator level and ready for that next step, they may be open to this! You'll be proactive, ambitious and curious to learn more. You'll be excellent at problem solving and have excellent communication skills.

Compensation and Working Arrangements

In return the company are offering a competitive salary and hybrid working; two days in the office and three from home. Salary is circa £32,000.
