What you'll do

• Lead and motivate our team to ensure outstanding service and compliance with brand standards
• Manage daily operations within the hotel, fully focused on F&B, to keep us the UK's number one
• Collaborate with the Hotel Manager to enhance our guests' experience, taking on feedback to push for even more
• Ensure health and safety standards are met throughout the hotel and oversee food service operations to maintain our high-quality standards

What you'll need

• Previous management experience in the hospitality industry with a strong F&B background or a related field
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for customer service
• Motivated to advance your career within hotel management
• Excellent team management and communication skills
