Assistant Headteacher: Climate for Learning & Inclusion

Brunel College is seeking an experienced Senior Leader to become Assistant Headteacher - Climate for Learning. You will lead the strategy and daily operations to ensure a calm, safe and purposeful learning environment across the site.

The role focuses on high expectations, restorative practice and strong SEND understanding to support vulnerable learners and staff, with a commencement in January 2027 and a permanent contract.
