Assistant Head Teacher - Middlesbrough - September 2026 - Salary: UPS1 - UPS3

Responsibilities

• Balance teaching responsibilities alongside a key pastoral leadership role
• Contribute to regular SLT meetings and support whole school strategic planning

Qualifications

• QTS and significant teaching experience within the UK
• Proven experience in a leadership or middle leadership role
• Strong understanding of safeguarding and pastoral care systems
• Experience contributing to school improvement strategies
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A proactive and collaborative leadership approach
