We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Examinations Assistant to support the Examinations Officer.
This position is offered at either 25 hours per week or 37 hours per week, 40 weeks per year.

Salary type: Bucks Pay
Salary Details: Bucks Pay Range 3 Point 16 (£29,114) to Point 20 (£31,230) FTE - Actual salary will reflect either 25 or 27 hours per week, 40 weeks per year

About the role
The main responsibilities of the role will include:
- To assist in managing the Academy's team of Exam Invigilators.
- Attention to detail when checking key documentation.
- To assist with entries for examinations to the examination boards.
- To assist with the production of exam timetables for mock examinations.
- To disseminate information about examinations to staff, students, parents/carers.
- Candidates must be able to cope with the demands of this role.
