Your role involves supporting complex M&A Technology assignments, including buy-side, sell-side, IPO, and re-financing projects from inception to completion. You will support various aspects of transactions across industries and the Digital and Technology agenda.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide deal-relevant insights and recommendations based on your knowledge of IT in business.
  • Assist in developing transaction documentation such as IT blueprints, Transition Service Agreements, and strategic reports.
  • Deliver high-quality transaction reports and work products.
  • Model IT integrations and separations, identifying synergies and costs.
  • Support Programme Management Office activities, helping IT workstreams meet objectives.
  • Engage with colleagues and senior management to drive activities, manage risks, and facilitate decisions.
  • Research and analyze IT information, including costs, contracts, and licenses.
  • Develop expertise in reporting, workshops, benefits tracking, and stakeholder management.
  • Enhance consulting skills in strategic thinking and change management.
  • Ensure quality and risk management in all client work.
  • Contribute to practice development through thought leadership and sales materials.
  • Manage diverse teams within an inclusive culture that recognizes contributions.

  • Knowledge of the M&A process and transaction lifecycle.
  • Experience leading and coaching project teams.
  • Proficiency in change management and transformation initiatives.
  • Ability to critically analyze business plans and assumptions.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and financial acumen.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including at senior levels.
  • Full travel mobility.
  • Experience in delivering integrations or separations programs.
  • Knowledge of specific business sectors or functions.
