Job Role:
The role is to assist the Manager for our concession in Selfridges. Reporting to the Concession Manager you will support with overseeing the operations and performance of our concession to maximize sales, optimize customer experience, manage resources effectively, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support with the day-to-day operations of the concession, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Support the service standards to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Regularly reviews and analyses sales figures including daily, weekly and monthly to identify opportunities to develop sales performance across all brands
  • Support with training, coaching, and motivating concession staff to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales goals.
  • Support with ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations related to health and safety, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other departments within the retail environment to drive overall business objectives.

Experience & knowledge:

  • Preferably have previous experience of working in a similar role, ideally with luxury brands
  • Ensure that all customers receive a premium brand experience
  • Have strong supervisory and people skills to support, develop and motivate a team
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be well presented with a "can-do" attitude
  • Highly motivated and results oriented individual
  • Strong administration skills, experience working with different systems
  • Previous experience of working with luxury brands would be a significant advantage.

This is a full-time role on a permanent basis working 39 hours per week.
