We are looking for a positive, solution driven, practical commercial property solicitor or CILEX Lawyer to join us in advising on the acquisition, management and disposal of its commercial property interests and planning matters.This will include negotiating and drafting transfers and assignments of freehold and leasehold property, easements and licences, playing a pivotal role in enabling one of our largest capital delivery programmes, together will advising on protective provisions, pipelaying powers, powers of entry, compensation and other associated property related matters.The success of our business is down to the culture and collaboration across the business and you would be joining a business that takes pride in serving our communities and delivering for our customers. We are looking for a qualified (England and Wales) legal executive or solicitor with relevant commercial property experience within private practice or industry, including some planning expertise. Ideally, you will have circa 5 + years relevant experience but if you have less PQE, we would still welcome your application where the correct skills, behaviours and potential are shown You will have a keen eye for detail and excellent organisation and prioritisation skills. You will be confident in your communication skills and have the ability to advise on complex issues, with a hunger to learn and develop and broaden your knowledge and experience. You should have strong commercial acumen and sound drafting and IT skills combined with a track record of providing excellent customer service, and where you want to make every day a great day for you, your team and our customers.
