Assistant Café Manager - Lead Team & Elevate Food Experience

Costa Coffee is seeking an Assistant Manager in Warwick to oversee all operations at a Costa/M&S Hybrid Store. The role is full-time at 40 hours per week with a £30,000 annual salary.

You will ensure kitchen and service counters run smoothly and deliver exceptional food experiences, while supporting and training teams to excel in their roles. You'll work to keep inventory, budgets, and customer service at a high standard, and play a key role in maintaining the brand image for Compass Group UK&I.
