Assistant Brand Manager Marketing

We are seeking a dynamic and commercially minded Assistant Brand Manager within a leading distribution company to support the delivery of brand strategy across a portfolio of clients in the Irish retail market.

Reporting to the Brand Manager, you will play a key role in driving brand growth through best in class activations, innovation, and integrated campaigns. Working cross functionally with internal teams, clients, and external partners, you will ensure all initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to brand positioning and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of annual brand plans
• Deliver impactful trade and consumer marketing activations
• Manage agencies and third-party suppliers to ensure high quality execution
• Monitor brand performance and evaluate campaigns against KPIs
• Partner with commercial teams to develop compelling proposals and activation materials
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships across internal and external team

About You

• 2+ years' experience in FMCG, agency, or brand marketing
• Proven experience delivering campaigns and activations
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of ROI
• Highly organised with excellent project management skills
• Confident communicator with strong presentation skills
• Proactive, adaptable, and solutions focused
• Degree qualified in Marketing, Business, or a related field
