Temporary Bar Manager (Maternity Cover) - deliver exceptional bar service and unforgettable experiences across every event until the end of July.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver seamless bar operations across match days, conferences, exhibitions, and special events
  • Lead, brief, and coordinate bar teams, ensuring high standards of service, presentation, and performance
  • Manage bar stock, ordering, and controls to stay within budget while maintaining quality
  • Oversee cash handling procedures, including till operations and reconciliation
  • Ensure all staff are correctly uniformed and fully briefed before events
  • Conduct health & safety briefings and ensure full compliance with company and legal standards
  • Work closely with the Operations team and Conference & Meetings team to support event delivery
  • Support recruitment, training, and ongoing development of the hospitality bar team
  • Assist with staffing levels and labour cost control in line with business needs
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to support event planning and ensure bar logistics are effectively delivered

Working pattern: 5 days out of 7 37.5 hours per week Including regular evenings and weekends
Contract: Temporary maternity cover until the end of July
