As an Assistant Bar Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our high-volume, quality-focused Destination Bar.

Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring the delivery of high-quality drinks and service.
• Developing positive customer relations.
• Maintaining team knowledge of menu items, promotions, and events.
• Managing staff performance and conducting training sessions.

Ideal candidates will possess:

• Relevant experience as an Assistant or Bar Manager in a first-class property.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• A creative, business-focused approach to beverage service.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Valid trade qualifications and extensive beverage knowledge.
• Experience in large-volume operations.
• Stock management experience to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
