Job Description

RG Consultancy are working with an excellent company based in Manchester who are looking for an Assistant Accountant to join their team on a full time permanent basis.

Working closely with the Finance Director this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands on role.

  • Accruals, prepayments and journals
  • Bank and account reconciliations
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Preparation of quarterly VAT returns
  • Weekly payroll preparation
  • Maintaining the daily cash flow
  • Month end stock control and valuation
  • Support with budgets and forecasting
  • Any ad hoc duties
