Looking for an Asset Planner to work for a multinational FM company based in London on an exciting fast paced contract within the public sector.

As the Asset Planner, you're responsible for ensuring resources are managed & procedures are followed to optimise maintenance of the assets.

Duties for the Asset Planner include;

• Planning of major maintenance to PPM works
• Managing performance using systems and meetings with management
• Reporting using BI systems
• Updating/logging programmes and data
• Ensuring data is compliant and identifying issues and efficiencies
• Generating work orders & planning in advance
• Scheduling & organising with clients/management in regards to maintenance plans
• Monitor contracts and any changes
• Ensuring previous data is checked to improve timings/future issues
• Identify issues causing a negative impact to projects
• Coordinate with different departments/engineers etc
