Position summary

Responsibilities:

  1. Responsibility for the onboarding of new client reporting, attending client meetings as required.
  2. Interact with key stakeholder groups such as Investment Specialists, Portfolio Analysis Group, Client Account Managers, Client Advisors, Sales Teams, and the Client Onboarding Management team.
  3. Work quickly and effectively to resolve client queries, reaching out to relevant internal groups as needed.
  4. Collaborate with Client reporting teams in Mumbai and Bangalore to ensure smooth transition of new reporting to BAU, and address issues as they arise.
  5. Work closely with the Client Reporting Data and Platforms team to identify and solve data and system issues, involving automation specialists and tech partners.
  6. Identify opportunities to streamline, standardize, simplify, and automate processes to develop scalable solutions for complex client requirements.
  7. Manage vendor relationships as needed.
  8. Focus on managing client assets and delivering strong risk-adjusted returns.
  9. Support strategies across various asset classes including equity, fixed income, cash, currency, real estate, hedge funds, and private equity.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  1. Understanding of financial markets, reporting experience, and familiarity with investment accounting and performance data.
  2. High competency in reviewing data and reports, with quick identification of issues.
  3. Attention to detail and accuracy.
  4. Willingness to learn and adapt in a rapidly evolving reporting environment.
  5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an inclusive approach.
  6. Self-motivated, curious, proactive, and able to multi-task independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  1. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ability to learn internal systems quickly.
  2. Creative, flexible, organized, and capable of prioritizing and multitasking.
  3. Project management experience is a plus.
