Position summaryResponsibilities:
- Responsibility for the onboarding of new client reporting, attending client meetings as required.
- Interact with key stakeholder groups such as Investment Specialists, Portfolio Analysis Group, Client Account Managers, Client Advisors, Sales Teams, and the Client Onboarding Management team.
- Work quickly and effectively to resolve client queries, reaching out to relevant internal groups as needed.
- Collaborate with Client reporting teams in Mumbai and Bangalore to ensure smooth transition of new reporting to BAU, and address issues as they arise.
- Work closely with the Client Reporting Data and Platforms team to identify and solve data and system issues, involving automation specialists and tech partners.
- Identify opportunities to streamline, standardize, simplify, and automate processes to develop scalable solutions for complex client requirements.
- Manage vendor relationships as needed.
- Focus on managing client assets and delivering strong risk-adjusted returns.
- Support strategies across various asset classes including equity, fixed income, cash, currency, real estate, hedge funds, and private equity.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Understanding of financial markets, reporting experience, and familiarity with investment accounting and performance data.
- High competency in reviewing data and reports, with quick identification of issues.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a rapidly evolving reporting environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an inclusive approach.
- Self-motivated, curious, proactive, and able to multi-task independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ability to learn internal systems quickly.
- Creative, flexible, organized, and capable of prioritizing and multitasking.
- Project management experience is a plus.
