Asset Management & Investment Funds Solicitor

Hunter Savage is delighted to be partnering with a leading international law firm in Dublin to recruit an Associate into their growing Asset Management & Investment Funds team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Funds Solicitor with 3-5 years' PQE to join a highly regarded practice advising leading international asset managers, investment funds and financial institutions on sophisticated cross-border matters.

The Role:

You will join a collaborative and experienced team advising on a broad range of asset management and investment funds matters, including:

  • Structuring and establishment of Irish domiciled investment funds
  • Advising UCITS, QIAIFs, RIAIFs and ELTIFs
  • Advising management companies, AIFMs and fund service providers
  • Drafting and negotiating fund documentation and service agreements
  • Working on international cross-border transactions
  • Assisting with legal and regulatory developments
  • Supporting client relationship management and industry profile building

The role offers direct exposure to high-profile international clients and the opportunity to work closely with senior lawyers and partners on market-leading matters.

The Person:

The successful candidate will have:

  • 3-5 years' PQE within Asset Management & Investment Funds
  • Experience gained in a leading law firm or relevant in-house environment
  • Strong technical drafting and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and commercial awareness
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities
  • A collaborative and proactive approach

Candidates relocating or returning to Ireland will also be considered.
