Asset & Service Delivery Assistant (Hybrid)

Norfolk County Council is seeking a Service Delivery Assistant to join the IMT Configuration and Asset Team at County Hall, Norwich. The role involves managing IMT assets and delivering efficient asset management, handling enquiries and requests to support timely resolutions.

The post requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with accurate data entry of IMT information and strong customer service to support NCC Members, staff and partner users. Hybrid working is supported.
