Job Title: Assessor - Plumbing
Location: Gloucester
Contract Length: 6 months (Fixed Term)
Start Date: As soon as possible
Rate: £33.01 per hour
Our client is seeking is looking for a skilled Plumbing Assessor to support apprentices completing their City & Guilds 9189/9289 Plumbing and Domestic Heating Apprenticeship.
This role involves visiting apprentices in their workplace to assess their practical skills, review portfolios, and ensure they are meeting the required apprenticeship standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess apprentices in the workplace against apprenticeship standards.
- Support learners in completing their main plumbing portfolios.
- Conduct workplace observations and review evidence.
- Provide constructive feedback to help apprentices progress.
- Maintain accurate assessment documentation.
Essential Requirements
- Level 3 qualification in Plumbing and Domestic Heating
- CAVA or A1 Assessor qualification
- Industry experience in plumbing
- Strong communication and organisational skills
