Assessment Centre Admin & Role-Player (Hybrid)

The London Fire Brigade (LFB) is recruiting an Assessment Centre Administrative Assistant/Role Player to support recruitment activity in London. This permanent, full-time role is based in Hammersmith with possible work at LFB Headquarters, and includes full training for assessment centre duties from day one.

You will manage front-of-house, coordinate paperwork, support promotion rounds, and deliver excellent candidate care throughout the journey from application to onboarding.
