Assembly Worker with Bonus

As an all-round production and assembly worker, you will start on a temporary basis via Staffice, with the clear objective of transitioning into a direct contract with the employer. To ensure you can work successfully and independently, you will receive an extensive, internal training program lasting six to seven months. Your daily shift runs from 07:30 AM to 04:00 PM in a clean, dynamic workshop. Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for the precise assembly of modular conveyor belts. Because the plastic modules are custom-built for diverse industries, the work is varied and technically engaging. You closely monitor product quality and collaborate with your team to ensure a smooth production process.

Responsibilities

• Manually assembling custom plastic conveyor systems and belts
• Inspecting incoming components and checking the quality of finished products
• Working with technical hand tools based on standard operational instructions
• Strictly adhering to internal safety and production guidelines
• Assisting with maintaining cleanliness and organization within the assembly area
• Cooperating with international colleagues to achieve daily production targets
• Maintaining flexibility to support overtime or weekend shifts when required

Requirements

• Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or detailed production work
• Technical dexterity and the ability to work with high precision
• Proactive mindset and the ability to function well within a team environment
• Good physical health to comfortably perform standing work throughout the day
• Professional communication skills in the English language
• Living within commutable distance of Hoofddorp with good transit options
