If you excel in a fast-paced, cutting-edge environment and have the skills to make a real impact, we want to hear from you!Red Bull Technology has an exciting opportunity within the Assembly Group for an Assembly Technician (Gearbox).Responsibilities- Build, service and maintain a wide range of race car gearbox assemblies, ensuring the highest standards of quality, reliability and performance.- Primarily based at Red Bull Technology HQ, with potential opportunities for travel to race and test events.- Work collaboratively across all assembly areas to ensure delivery deadlines are achieved and operational efficiency is maximised.- Demonstrate a positive, flexible and proactive approach in support of business and departmental objectives.- Complete all assembly work with a high level of technical accuracy, taking ownership of workmanship, attention to detail and build quality.- Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support departmental key performance objectives.Key Requirements- Demonstrable mechanical assembly experience, with a high level of proficiency, dexterity and attention to detail.- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and follow detailed assembly procedures accurately.- Competent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.- Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and extended hours, to support business and event requirements.- Ability to work safely, responsibly and professionally at all times.- Demonstrates a willingness to learn, develop and broaden skills across a wide range of assembly activities.At Red Bull Technology, we're more than a Formula 1 team-we're a high-performance innovation hub, pushing the limits of what's possible.
