Assembly Operator

Overview

This Fabricator role is based in Lingfield and involves manufacturing windows and doors at a factory in Newchapel, with products later installed at residential and commercial sites. The position is full-time with Monday to Friday hours and a pay rate of £13.50 per hour. It is offered as temporary or temp-to-permanent.

Location: Lingfield / Newchapel area (near East Grinstead).

Responsibilities

• Manufacture windows and doors in a factory setting.
• Interpret technical drawings accurately.
• Confidently operate hand and power tools to complete tasks.
• Work collaboratively within a supportive team and ensure quality workmanship.
• Follow production schedules and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Confident using hand and/or power tools.
• Own transport due to location.
• Practical, detail-oriented individual with hands-on working style.

Contract and Hours

Contract: Temporary or Temp-to-Permanent. Hours: Mon-Fri, 07:30-16:30.
