What we offer

• Competitive Pay: Starts at £13.48 per hour, increasing to £15.26 per hour upon completion of training.
• Consistent Schedule: 37 hours per week, Monday to Thursday (07:15 - 16:30).
• Contract Type: Temporary - Ongoing.

Responsibilities

• Assemble engine parts and sub-assembly components according to precise engineering specifications.
• Maintain high performance to meet established 'Takt time' production deadlines.
• Uphold an impeccable safety record by strictly adhering to all PPE and Health & Safety protocols.
• Collaborate effectively within a team or work independently to meet project requirements.
• Perform manual assembly tasks, including light to moderate lifting, ensuring every component meets quality standards.

Qualifications

• Previous assembly/manufacturing/production experience is preferred.
• Strong motivation and a drive to hit production targets consistently.
• A solid understanding of safe working practices and a commitment to high Health and Safety standards.
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure product quality.
• An enthusiastic, proactive approach to working in a fast-paced, high-output environment.
