Every day presents new learning opportunities in a clean, state-of-the-art technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Following the internal training curriculum to become an independent assembler
• Building and mounting modular plastic conveyor systems
• Checking components against quality benchmarks and technical layouts
• Ensuring strict compliance with internal safety and operational protocols
• Assisting team members and maintaining general workshop cleanliness
• Achieving targeted productivity standards within the production line
• Demonstrating flexibility to support overtime or weekend operations if needed

Requirements

• Technical background or a strong affinity for mechanical assembly
• Proactive, eager-to-learn attitude to absorb new technical skills
• High level of accuracy and the ability to maintain focus on details
• Good physical condition to support full-time standing work
• Fluent in English, as it is the primary language on the production floor
• Reliable transit options to the work location in Hoofddorp
