Pay: £500 - £550 per week
Hours: Monday - Friday Full-time / Part-time

Milk Education is recruiting ambitious and enthusiastic Trainee Teachers to work across a network of supportive and inclusive primary schools in South Tyneside.
This is the perfect opportunity if you are:

You'll gain invaluable school based experience while developing the skills and confidence needed to progress into a teacher training programme.
Your Role as a Trainee TeacherWorking closely with experienced teachers and staff, you will:
- Support the delivery of engaging and creative lessons across the curriculum
- Work with pupils 1:1 and in small groups to reinforce learning
- Assist in planning and preparing classroom activities and resources
- Help manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment
- Support pupils with additional needs (SEND) to ensure full inclusion
- Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
- Gradually take on more responsibility as your confidence grows
We're looking for individuals who are eager to learn and develop into outstanding educators:
- A degree (or working towards one) - preferred
- Experience working with children (schools, tutoring, coaching, youth work, care, etc.)
- A genuine passion for education and child development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, resilient, and positive attitude
- A desire to progress into teacher training or education careers
