Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst - Guildford

Job Description

Our client is an expanding and successful asbestos consultancy servicing high profile clients across the UK. We are recruiting for an Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst based around the Guildford area, with consideration given to applicants from Basingstoke, Portsmouth, Southampton and surrounding locations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Hold P402/P403/P404 asbestos certificates or equivalent RSPH qualifications.
• Experience working on a mixed portfolio of commercial, industrial and healthcare sites.
• Experience undertaking complex surveys on a varied site base.
• Good working knowledge of asbestos health & safety procedures and legislation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Also interested in candidates with P401/P402/P403/P404/P404 or S301 CCP.

Main Responsibilities

• Carry out 4 stage clearances - smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual, re occupation and personal air testing.
• Undertake Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys on commercial and industrial properties.
• Supervise contractors on site to ensure compliance with health & safety procedures.
• Collate and produce comprehensive reports.
• Build and maintain professional working relationships with clients.
