Job Description

Asbestos Surveyor - Edgbaston, West Midlands

£30,000 to £35,000 + Benefits including a company van

Our client is recruiting an experienced asbestos surveyor to become a part of their multi-disciplinary consultancy due to their successful growth and contract wins over the recent months. They are looking for an asbestos surveyor in and around the London area to work on various sites. Key Duties for an Asbestos Surveyor:

  1. Identify and assess materials containing asbestos when surveying sites.
  2. Conduct asbestos surveying in management, refurbishment, and demolition scenarios.
  3. Work in a timely manner to adhere to set deadlines and keep the client satisfied.
  4. Collaborate effectively in a team environment or work independently.
  5. Ensure compliance with UKAS legislation and industry guidelines.

Needed Experience:

  1. BHOS P402 Qualification (Higher qualifications are welcomed).
  2. Experience in a similar role that can be referenced.
  3. Full UK driving license and willingness to commute across sites.
  4. Good levels of IT and numeracy skills.
  5. A hardworking attitude.
