Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor
Location: Guildford, Surrey

Level Experience: Trainee Asbestos Surveyor through to Lead Asbestos Consultant
Profile: Highly respected UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy, who provide professional asbestos surveying and removal services to Commercial and Domestic sites across the South East of England. Now looking to recruit a diligent Asbestos Surveyor based in or around the Guildford area. Candidate will hold experience undertaking the full range of asbestos surveys to a mixed site base.
Applications will be considered from Slough, Bracknell, Camberley, Farnborough, Aldershot, Farnham, West London, South London, Horley, Crawley and Horsham.
Qualifications / Experience- Will hold a minimum of P402 (or equivalent) qualification.
- Experienced in undertaking to Management, Demolition, and Refurbishment Surveys, ideally to Commercial and Domestic sites.
- Carry out Reinspection Surveys.
- Confident in the use of PDA and associated report writing software.
- Hold a practical understanding relevant Health and Safety Legislation.
- Undertaking the full range of Asbestos Surveys to contacts across the South East / South Coast region.
- Bulk Sampling of suspected ACMs.
- Producing accurate asbestos site reports, using TEAMS / TRACKER.
- Booking and scheduling own workload.
- Providing a high level of customer service to the company's clients.
