Asbestos Lead Surveyor

We are currently recruiting for a highly experienced asbestos surveyor based in or around the London area. Candidates will be willing to travel to complete surveys and offer technical knowledge to clients. Our client is seeking someone who can hit the ground running and will excel within a client facing / consultancy setting. Experience / Qualifications- Must be qualified with BOHS P402 or RSPH equivalent
- Networking with clients
- Strong interpersonal and active listening skills
- IT proficient with sound reading and writing ability
- Act in accordance of UKAS & HSG 264 guidelines
- Experience on various client sites such as domestic, commercial and industrial sites
- Meet targets and deadlines
- Undertake management, demolition & refurbishment surveys
- Bulk sampling
- Advise clients, providing exceptional technical knowledge
- Writing in depth technical reports and liaising with clients on findings.
- Prioritisation of workload
- Flexible and adaptable to travel
