Wild in Art trails bring communities together through creativity, storytelling, and public engagement, raising vital funds to support the work of St Helena Hospice. Supporting the delivery of these large-scale art events, this role plays a key part in growing income and strengthening connections with the local community.
An organised and detail oriented professional with experience supporting complex projects and coordinating administrative processes. Skilled in managing data, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth day to day operations within a fast paced environment.
Experienced in working closely with a Project Manager to support the end to end planning and delivery of large scale initiatives. Provides essential administrative and coordination support, ensuring that project timelines, documentation, and communications are effectively managed.
Confident in liaising with a wide range of stakeholders, including artists, sponsors, partners, and internal teams, helping to coordinate activities and contribute to the successful delivery of an inspiring and impactful public art trail experience. Skilled in scheduling, reporting, and database management, with a strong ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
Brings a proactive and flexible approach, with a genuine interest in supporting creative programmes and enabling the smooth delivery of high profile community initiatives. Committed to maintaining high standards of accuracy, professionalism, and collaborative working.
This is a part time role, working 22.5 hours per week on a fixed term contract for 2 years, starting on 1st September 2026.
Key Priorities- Provide efficient administrative support to the delivery of the Art Trail 2028
- Ensure accurate coordination of project information, schedules and communications
- Support sponsor, artist and volunteer engagement activity
- Contribute to a well organised, high quality and successful public event
- Must have a good general education (GCSEs including maths & English)
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Positive, flexible & team focused
- Interest in arts, community engagement and fundraising
