Full Time Immediate Start
As an Art & Design Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support students across KS3 and KS4 in Art and creative subjects
- Work 1:1 and in small groups to support engagement and confidence
- Help students develop creative skills and express ideas
- Support pupils with additional needs, including SEND and SEMH
- Assist with lesson preparation, materials, and practical activities
- Encourage participation, creativity, and pride in students' work
You'll play a key role in making learning accessible through creativity and hands on support.
