The Role

As an Art & Design Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support students across KS3 and KS4 in Art and creative subjects
• Work 1:1 and in small groups to support engagement and confidence
• Help students develop creative skills and express ideas
• Support pupils with additional needs, including SEND and SEMH
• Assist with lesson preparation, materials, and practical activities
• Encourage participation, creativity, and pride in students' work

You'll play a key role in making learning accessible through creativity and hands on support.
