Arrears & Vulnerable-Customer Advisor

Santander Consumer Finance UK (SCUK) is seeking a Financial Support Agent for a 12-month fixed term contract in Redhill. The role involves handling inbound/outbound customer interactions, assessing affordability, and administering customer accounts with empathy and accuracy.

You will work full-time in the office during probation and move to hybrid work after successful probation, with a 35-hour week and shifts between 9am and 7pm, including Saturdays.
