You will work alongside the brightest minds in the world, help develop technology and products and contribute to our company s goal of solving the world s engineering our Motion, Power, Sensing Division site based in Fribourg, we are currently looking for aArea Sales Manager Europe & PositionAs "Area Sales Manager Europe & Africa", you lead, and support the Sales and the Customer Support teams X and Africa. You also ensure the of the business performances in the assigned territories meeting the financial goals in terms X , orders and main responsibilities for this role are as follows:Manage and the sales effort to maximize Parker Meggitt s performance in the assigned region for the Energy business and vibro-meter s products.Develop regional plans and manage the key accounts in the assigned region and with global key account management to ensure customers in accordance with Parker the first point of contact in the assigned region for key account(s) on a global basis with key account managers and other regional Sales Managers.Monitor and report on Sales, Orders and profits in the region.Support sales forecasts with finance and supply chain (SIOP).Follow up with and support Customer Service team X process of order processing and order the distribution in existing or new territories in compliance with due diligence and trade compliance company with the Contract Manager to ensure the and the of the necessary contractual staff recruitment, performance, development, talent and training processes to ensure the team X capabilities are aligned with the business ProfileUniversity Degree (Bachelor or Master) in Engineering/Technical field with a strong technical background in equipment preferably in Energy years experience in Energy 10years experience in Sales of technical equipment and hardware and software solutions.Experience in leading a sales team X different with excellent interpersonal skills and the willingness to with various stakeholdersAbility to develop plans to grow the business and to consistently achieve resultsResults and customer focus with excellent and skillsResilient, solution-oriented and to build strong-identity teams X engagementFluency in English with ideally good command of French.
