The Area Sales Manager will be critical in identifying new business opportunities for our Cedral Facades product line. You will grow sales within your designated region through working with a combination of existing distributors and installers while developing relationships with new ones.
What you'll do:
- Drive network growth of key decision makers and specifiers including architects, local authorities, housing associations, housebuilders, distributors, stockists, and contractors.
- Drive results by planning and carrying out proactive activities to maintain and develop profitable sales.
- Accurate and efficient opportunity management and development recording using the company CRM system.
- Attend relevant exhibitions, conferences, and other functions.
- Collaborate with partner colleagues within the Etex business and maintain regular liaison with other departments including customer service, technical, and marketing.
What you'll bring:
- Experience within the construction industry in a field-based role.
- A proven history of personal sales account growth whilst contributing to overall team success.
- A track record of efficient and profitable account management.
- Confident interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Proficient use of Microsoft packages and CRM systems.
