Area Sales Manager - Salisbury & Bournemouth

Role summary:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8am to 5pm
  • 60-minute break

Sales area:

  • Bournemouth
  • Poole
  • Weymouth
  • Yeovil
  • Amesbury
  • Salisbury
  • Trowbridge


No two days are the same, but your role will normally consist of representing your very own area within the UK, and travelling to your own set of customers and stakeholders to market and sell our amazing products! You will carry a sample book to provide a true representation of our choices, and help current and prospective customers pick their favourite! You will frequently visit the base Branch for that area (normally the nearest city), to pick up more samples, check in with your team, and attend any booked meetings. To support you on your travels, we will provide a hybrid or electric company car, along with a fuel card.

What we are looking for:

  • Driving licence
  • Proven track record of delivering growth, profitability and cost efficiency
  • Product range, competitor and flooring industry knowledge
  • IT literate, data accuracy and manipulation
  • Build and maintain committed relationships with stakeholders and colleagues
  • High standard of numeracy and literacy skills
  • Confidence, self-motivation, and excellent communication skills
  • Strong sales experience including a ledger of industry customers (desirable)
