Area Sales Manager - London and Southern Home Counties

Responsibilities include:

  • Maximise sales and profitability within the region through existing and prospective customers
  • Promote Etex's Thruwall system and related products, securing orders via Framework Partners and Sub-Contractors
  • Manage customer enquiries from initial contact to delivery
  • Utilise Salesforce CRM for tracking opportunities, managing pipelines, and sharing updates
  • Attend meetings to present Etex solutions and ensure customer understanding
  • Collaborate across the Etex Group to generate leads and drive sales initiatives
  • Oversee design orders, project milestones, and timelines
  • Maintain contact with key clients and Sub-Contractors to ensure competitive pricing
  • Update CRM accurately with meeting notes, follow-ups, and sales activities

Qualifications and skills:

  • Proven external sales experience in the construction industry
  • Willingness to travel extensively
  • Experience in drylining or cladding is advantageous
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Team player with a professional approach
  • Resilient, proactive, and tenacious
  • Experience delivering CPDs, bid reviews, or client meetings is a plus
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and reading technical drawings is advantageous
