Responsibilities include:
- Maximise sales and profitability within the region through existing and prospective customers
- Promote Etex's Thruwall system and related products, securing orders via Framework Partners and Sub-Contractors
- Manage customer enquiries from initial contact to delivery
- Utilise Salesforce CRM for tracking opportunities, managing pipelines, and sharing updates
- Attend meetings to present Etex solutions and ensure customer understanding
- Collaborate across the Etex Group to generate leads and drive sales initiatives
- Oversee design orders, project milestones, and timelines
- Maintain contact with key clients and Sub-Contractors to ensure competitive pricing
- Update CRM accurately with meeting notes, follow-ups, and sales activities
Qualifications and skills:
- Proven external sales experience in the construction industry
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Experience in drylining or cladding is advantageous
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Team player with a professional approach
- Resilient, proactive, and tenacious
- Experience delivering CPDs, bid reviews, or client meetings is a plus
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and reading technical drawings is advantageous
