We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Manager to oversee operations across our Midlands Divisions. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in supervising teams to achieve operational excellence. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all sites meet performance standards while fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of supervisors and staff across various locations, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency within the area.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management on operational progress and challenges.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess operations, provide guidance, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Train, mentor, and support team members to promote professional development and enhance overall performance via Lodge Training Portal
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging innovative ideas and solutions from team members.
- Address any operational issues promptly, implementing corrective actions as necessary to maintain service quality.
- Driving our company values, mission, vision, and principles to retain our employee of choice culture
- Identifying vacancies and supporting recruitment/onboarding process
- Proven experience in a Area Management role, preferably within a multi-site environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent supervisory skills, demonstrating the capacity to manage diverse teams effectively.
- Exceptional organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to make decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
