The Role: Visionary Leadership & Teaching

Strategic Leadership: Shape the curriculum at KS3, KS4, and KS5 (A-Level), ensuring it is challenging, inclusive, and forward-thinking.

Academic Excellence: Use data effectively to track progress and implement interventions that ensure every student reaches their full potential.

Classroom Inspiration: Deliver high-quality lessons that engage students, from those finding their feet in Year 7 to those tackling Further Maths in the Sixth Form.

Team Development: M entor and support staff within the faculty, promoting best practices in pedagogy and assessment.
