PEGA LBA (Lead Business Architect) - Dutch Speaker


Job Description:

  • We are seeking an experienced and talented PEGA Lead Business Architect to join our team. As a Lead Business Architect, you will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders, business analysts, and development teams to define business requirements, design process flows, and drive the successful implementation of PEGA platform solutions.
  • Your expertise in business process management and PEGA platform capabilities will be crucial in delivering high-quality, efficient, and scalable solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and architecture of PEGA applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
  • Should play the role of Squad Scrum Master and bridge the GAP between IT & Business.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements, and translate them into comprehensive PEGA platform solutions.
  • Lead and facilitate workshops and meetings to gather business requirements and define process flows, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Analyse and evaluate existing business processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization using PEGA platform capabilities.
  • Design and model business processes, including workflows, rules, and decision frameworks, using PEGA tools and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure the technical feasibility and successful implementation of the designed business processes.
  • Define and document business and functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for PEGA application development.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and developers to configure and customize PEGA applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
  • Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing, and support defect resolution in collaboration with testing teams.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior business architects, sharing best practices, knowledge, and experience to enhance team capabilities.
  • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and other project stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Stay up to date with PEGA platform advancements, industry trends, and emerging technologies, and evaluate their applicability to current and future projects.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for PEGA platform-related queries, providing guidance and support to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Dutch speaking (MUST Have)
  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in PEGA implementations projects and experiences as a Lead Business Architect (LBA) managing multiple projects.

    • PEGA Certified Business Architect (PCBA) certification is required.
    • Substantial experience as a Business Architect, with a focus on PEGA platform and business process management.
    • Strong understanding of business process modelling and process improvement methodologies.
    • In-depth knowledge of PEGA platform technologies, including PEGA PRPC, PEGA Case Management, and PEGA Decisioning.
    • Proficiency in PEGA tools and methodologies for process design, business rules management, and user interface development.
    • Experience in configuring and customizing PEGA applications, including data modelling and integration with external systems.
    • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and practices.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective PEGA solutions.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
