Architect (Healthcare)

A leading award-winning architectural practice is seeking a qualified Architect with healthcare experience to join its Dublin City Centre team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-quality healthcare and other significant projects within a collaborative and progressive studio.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver architectural projects across various stages
• Prepare and coordinate planning, tender and construction packages
• Ensure compliance with Irish Building Regulations and relevant standards
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and internal design teams
• Carry out Contract Administration duties
• Produce and coordinate technical project information using Revit
• Manage project programmes and support successful project delivery

Qualifications & Skills

• Qualified Architect with RIAI, RIBA or equivalent professional registration
• 3+ years' post-qualification experience preferred
• Previous healthcare project experience is essential
• Strong proficiency in Revit
• Strong technical knowledge of Irish Building Regulations
• Experience delivering planning and tender packages
• Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills
• Strong project management and coordination abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a wider team
• Must hold eligibility to work in Ireland
