Salary: £35000-£40000 (dependent on experience)

A well-established, design-focused architectural practice based in Surrey is looking to appoint a talented and driven Architect to join its expanding team. This RIBA-chartered studio has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across a variety of sectors including commercial, residential, retail, and education. The practice offers a collaborative working environment that encourages creativity, technical expertise, and continued professional growth.

The role of Architect will involve:

Leading projects through all RIBA work stages from concept design to completion Developing creative design solutions in line with client briefs and project requirements Preparing and presenting planning applications, design proposals, and technical packages Producing and coordinating detailed drawing information using Revit Managing communication with clients, consultants, contractors, and external stakeholders Attending site visits, project meetings, and supporting contract administration duties where required Ensuring projects comply with UK Building Regulations and planning requirements Managing multiple projects and delivering work to agreed deadlines and budgets

The successful Architect will have:

ARB registered Architect with relevant architectural qualifications Strong post-qualification experience within a UK architectural practice Excellent design and technical knowledge across a range of project sectors Proficiency in Revit is essential Sound understanding of UK Building Regulations, planning policy, and construction methods Experience coordinating projects and liaising with multidisciplinary teams Strong presentation, communication, and organisational skills Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment Proven ability to manage workload effectively and work well under pressure
