Conrad Consulting presents an outstanding opportunity for an Architect to join a highly reputable practice in Brighton. Due to decades of success, they now boast multiple expanding practices within the Southern Regions.
The practice has forged a reputation for successfully delivering a varied range of projects across sectors including Education, Residential, Conservation, Sport, and Leisure, with sustainability at the core of their work.
As a registered Architect, the ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience across various project types and sectors, with a focus on residential projects. The successful Architect must be capable of working independently and collaboratively on larger projects, be highly motivated, and have a proven ability to manage their own projects.
If you are a RIBA qualified Architect with 3-5 years post-qualification experience, extensive knowledge of all RIBA stages, excellent technical skills, and Revit proficiency capable of project delivery, then this could be a perfect opportunity for you.
Minimum requirements for the Architect candidate include:
- RIBA/ARB registered Architect
- 2-3 years of demonstrable post-qualification UK experience
- Excellent technical knowledge and design skills
- Proficiency with Revit (essential)
- Experience within the UK residential sector (Private & Developers)
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of UK Planning Process, Tender packages, and Building Regulations
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe packages
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
