Architect - Technical

Overview

LB Design Recruitment is working in partnership with a respected RIBA-chartered practice, known for its work on new builds, refurbishments, and projects in conservation areas. Their portfolio includes bespoke private homes, rural estates, agricultural diversification schemes, urban regeneration, and community-led developments.

The Role

• Working closely with a senior team member to carry out thorough due diligence drawing checks on a large 250-unit residential development
• Unit-by-unit red-pen review and markup of M&E drawings
• Flagging and resolving technical inconsistencies

Essential Skills and Experience

• ARB-registered or Part III qualified architect with strong technical knowledge
• Experience in residential or high-end housing schemes within the UK
• Confident reviewing detailed drawings
• Vectorworks experience is preferred but not essential - training will be provided
• Meticulous, proactive and comfortable working closely within a team
