Architect / Project Architect

Based in North Dublin, they offer an excellent location for Architects seeking reduced commute times with parking available, along with local amenities.

The ideal Architect / Project Architect will hold professional registration (RIAI / RIBA), have proficiency in Revit, along with proven success managing and delivering projects in line with current industry regulations. They will work alongside a talented team and ensure project coordination and deliver projects across educational, residential, civic and data centre.

• Manage technical design queries and coordinate project information
• Manage and support project delivery across multiple medium / large scale developments
• Work closely with design teams, contractors, and project stakeholders

• Qualified Architect, holding RIAI / RIBA registration (essential)
• Minimum of 6 years' post graduation experience
• Strong technical knowledge and design skills
• Excellent understanding of Irish Building Regulations, BCaR etc
• Proven success managing and delivering projects to schedule
• Site experience
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Proactive approach with good decision making and problem-solving skills
• Must hold eligibility to work in Ireland to be considered
