Architect - Microsoft AIS Services (Supply Chain)

Contract: 6 months
Location: REMOTE anywhere with Irish working hours
Daily Rate: €400 per day

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technology Architect to provide architectural leadership and hands-on support for AIS services within a Supply Chain programme for a major retail client. The role will focus on designing, governing, and supporting AIS-based integrations, working closely with development teams delivering services aligned to a Transportation Management System (TMS).

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the end-to-end architecture for Microsoft AIS services supporting Supply Chain integrations.

• Provide architectural guidance and governance to AIS Developers throughout the delivery life cycle.

• Design scalable, secure, and resilient integration solutions aligned with enterprise standards.

• Collaborate with Supply Chain, TMS, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical architecture.

• Review designs, code, and integration patterns to ensure quality and consistency.

Required Experience

• Strong experience as a Technology/Integration Architect working with Microsoft AIS services.

• Proven background designing and supporting enterprise integration architectures.

• Experience working closely with development teams in delivery-focused environments.

• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Desirable

• Experience within Supply Chain, Logistics, or Transportation Management Systems (TMS).

• Exposure to Blue Yonder products is a strong advantage.
