Arcade Guest Experience Specialist

Bandai Namco Amusement Europe Ltd based at CAISTER Haven Resort is seeking a customer-focused team member for our arcade. You will deliver excellent guest service, build relationships with guests, colleagues and stakeholders, and help maximise location profitability by following SOPs and regulatory standards.

You will handle bookings, queries and complaints, work across arcade departments, support promotions and events, and maintain cleanliness and safety.
