AR Recruitment & Growth Lead (Hybrid/Remote UK)

OneDome is seeking an Appointed Representative (AR) Recruitment Manager to identify, engage and onboard high-quality mortgage broker firms into our AR network. You will work with Compliance, Operations and BD teams to manage the recruitment pipeline and ensure regulatory standards are met.

Ideal candidates have experience in mortgage recruiting, strong relationship management, and the ability to generate and convert leads into lasting partnerships within the UK intermediary market.
