Job Description

Main Tasks:

• First Point of Contact: Act as the primary contact for all IT Production-related tasks and enquiries, providing support and guidance to end-users, Developers, and Business Analysts. 3 - Expert

• Incident and Request Management: Track, manage, and resolve incidents, support requests, problems, and changes using the ITSM toolset, ensuring restoration of IT services within agreed SLAs and following Incident Management processes.

• Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor infrastructure and application layers for all vital and non-vital applications, adopting Group and cluster guidelines, IT best practices, and IT Security recommendations to ensure smooth operation. 3 - Expert

• Release and Testing Support: Prepare environments for releases, conduct pre-production tests, and ensure successful implementation, while also maintaining the necessary knowledge to handle IT Production support needs. 3 - Expert

• Communication and Availability: Manage communication with internal clients, guarantee on-call availability during required time windows (if applicable), and provide timely updates to ensure seamless IT Production support and collaboration with stakeholders. 3 - Expert


Technical Skills:

• ITIL Certification (Nice to have)

• SQL (Microsoft, Oracle, Postgres, Sybase) 2 - Practice

• OS (Windows / Windows Server, Linux / RHEL, UNIX / AIX) 2 - Practice

• File Transfer (CFT, MQ, FTaaS, FTP, SFTP, PeSIT) 2 - Practice

• Automation + Monitoring (Batch, Autosys, DevOps / SecDevOps, Jenkings, Control-M, Ansible, Dynatrace) 2 - Practice Others skills common for an APS:

• Banking knowledge

• Network (LAN, VPN, LDAP, Active Directory)

• Encryption (PGP, GPG) • Infrastructure (DMZ / dMZR, VM, Cloud, Load Ballancer, Firewall)

• Security (TLS / SSL, SSH, PKI, Certificates, SAST / DAST)

• Cloud (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) • Service Management (Service-now, JIRA, ITSM, Agile)


Language Skills:

• Fluent in English

• Fluent in French (Nice to have)
